These Terms govern your use of Expat Link, provided by Maxoft Enterprises LLC. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
Expat Link provides an encrypted VPN connection to servers in several countries. Availability and speed may vary and are not guaranteed.
You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for activity on your account. Each account may be signed in on up to 2 devices at a time; signing in on another device signs out the oldest unlocked device.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, spam, malware distribution, attacks on networks, infringement of intellectual property, or abuse of the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Paid plans: $4.99 for 7 days, $9.99 for 30 days, $39.99 for 6 months, $59.99 per year (USD). New accounts may use one 12-hour free trial; one trial per person, email address and device. We may refuse or end trials created with disposable email addresses or repeated sign-ups. Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are subject to their billing terms. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
Full refund within 24 hours: request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and we will give you a full refund. Contact us at amaxoft@gmail.com to request it. Store purchases may need to be refunded through the store.
When someone you refer buys their first plan with your code, they receive 7 extra days and you receive free Premium time: 7 days for Monthly, 14 days for Quarterly, 21 days for 6 Months and 30 days for Yearly plans. Weekly plans don't qualify. Rewards are credited after the 24-hour refund window and are revoked if the purchase is refunded. Self-referrals and referrals from existing accounts or devices are not eligible. Rewards are capped at 12 referrals per year and have no cash value.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
